Membership AdministrationA dedicated team, led by a membership administration manager, manages and administers membership records. Each member’s record is stored on a computer database from where the record is administered. Members are issued with membership cards and a unique membership number annually. The membership administration manager reports to the Secretary General and is also responsible for coordinating the work done in all the provinces by the PECs and all the sector associations and their structures. In accordance with the FABCOS constitution, the office of the Secretary General is further responsible for archiving all documents of FABCOS. This includes, minutes of all meetings and all legal documents. |
