PILLAR 3: CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
The Construction Division is responsible for the planning, management and execution of all development projects undertaken by FABCOS. This is done through contracting and outsourcing the construction activity to FABCOS’ ABA members. FABCOS construction then plays the role of overall programme manager. Additionally, FABCOS Construction facilitates and assists ABA members with CIDB grading.
